HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

Step 1:
Fill in the forms accordingly.

Step 2:
We will get back to you on your Order, Enquiries & Etc within 24 hours except on non working days.

Step 3:
Once everything confirmed we will then send you a confirmation order and the total amount (including postage charge) to pay. We will provide you a bank account no. to bank in the payment. (Payment must be made in 3 working days after confirmation, if not your order will be terminated)

Step 4:
Once you have make your payment, please kindly email us the bank transaction if you paid by Maybank 2U or via Bank Transfer. For those who bank into our Bank Acc. through Cash Deposit, please kindly notify us and we will check on your payment.

Step 5:
Once we receive your payment, we will send out your orders the next day. You shall receive your goods in 2-3 days from the day we receive your payment depending on your mailing address.

Step 6:
Drop us an email once you receive your parcel. :)

COLOR: We cannot guarantee the display color will be accurate because it depend on your monitor screen. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product that appear on the site. If YOU/BUYER are very sceptical about it, we advise you NOT to place any order.

SIZES: Please carefully check all measurement if it will FIT. If you are uncertain about it, we advise you NOT to place an order. We DO NOT ACCEPT it as a reason for return or exchange. (All clothings look and fit differently for each individual due to skin color, body size, body structure & height)

Please take note that GOODS ARE NOT RETURNABLE / EXCHANGEABLE once your order have been processed.

YOUR ORDER will be sent within 24 hours (except public holiday, SAT & SUN) upon receive payment of the goods ordered. If YOU/BUYER does not receive any response or confirmation from us within 24 hours, please kindly resend you email. (In case of any technical default.)
